Rachael Ray on the Food Network has her own television show that inspires others to create the perfect meal and 30 minutes or less. 30 minutes or less seems to be a standard television program and so for us we’re going to try to do it in but we really believe the average television show is that has actual content 15 minutes or less.

To inspire you to get busy with your 15-minute daily chore we’re going to talk about some of the huge waste of time that steal valuable moments away from our family and our quality of life.

How many times have you told yourself that you’re just waiting till the weekend to do that one simple little chore or those set of chores that you’ve been putting off. Why what kind of pressure are you putting yourself under during your time off? What if you looked at every moment of your day as precious valuable ever slipping away as we speak. What if you took for granted nothing not your brother not your family not your friends not any time that you have. At the end of the

At the end of the day that’s all we have is the end of the day 24 hours to do everything we want to do in that is it. Some people while away the time while watching TV and spending their faces stuck in a dead-end job or on a computer doing something that doesn’t matter at all. Now I know I have to be somewhat careful as you are currently reading this plug on a smartphone or more than likely a tablet or computer so what I will say is this although you are spending time reading on a computer at your also reading something that’s inspirational that’s going to teach you how to get out there and change your life. Okay so if you need some convincing as to why you shouldn’t watch as much TV then I would put off the block right now. Okay so are you still reading… If you’re still reading the blog then fantastic you’re one of the very few people that have dedicated themselves to growing and making their quality of life a lot better in a shorter. Of time. I live at the basic philosophy that you need to cram 50 pounds in a 5-pound bag. Now as a mentor to someone that might be teaching them how to get a lot done I might be a very good example. Getting it done successfully quickly and efficiently are things that I still struggle with. So I’ve decided to break up my time by 15 or 20 minutes Lots when it comes to doing small chores or small test and I went to accomplish. I have found by breaking things off into the small and able to accomplish much more throughout my day week and month. Ultimately those chores and I constantly put off to the weekend because I wanted to watch a few minutes of TV get done because I just do a little bit of time. Sounds like a no-brainer
